Veteran matchmaker Rasheed Williams aka Believer has urged delegates who would be voting at the Ghana Professional Boxing Congress and elections on 2nd June to vote for people who are loyal, dedicated and can develop the sport.
Speaking to Yours Truly in an exclusive interview, he said many rich people had come into Ghana Boxing but they left because they expected what was not possible.

He expressed that the major problem is financial so corporate Ghana must support the authority.
He said the amateur boxing operators did well in voting for Dauda Fuseni, a leader that everyone adored, and that should be how the trend should go in the professional ranks.
He said Ghana has very good boxers but lack training equipment and facilities plus cash incentives and rewards.
He noted that female boxers should also be supported as very soon they will come out with great performers.

Rasheed Williams is matchmaker for the up coming show at Keta on Saturday 4th April dubbed ‘Battle of Torkor Atorlia’ by Aborigines Boxing Promotions.
He called on the people of Keta to come and witness exciting boxing at gate fees as low as 20gh for PopularStand, 50gh for Regular and 100gh for the VIP and Ring Side.
The programme by the World Alliance Boxing Association (WABA) is to honour Professor Azumah Nelson who reigned for a long time as a world champion.
On the bill are Michael Ansah aka One Bullet versus Micheal Pappoe, Saviour Gad will face Illiasu Sulley in a title bout, Abubakar Mubarak against Justin Hounkpevie in another title fight and others. Three titles are at stake.
There would be a female super featherweight boxing contest between Virginia Ansah and Sandra Darkwah to grace the event.
