Ghana’s undefeated two times WBO Africa Featherweight champion John Laryea (17-0-1) will step into an enemy territory for his toughest test yet against Adrian Maximiliano Robledo (13-1-0) of Argentina on August 15th, 2026 in Buenos Aires.
Boxing experts say it is a very good match and will be explosive as both boxers are good, however Laryea will be going out of his comfort zone to an unfamiliar territory.
In such situations. he must take along his own judge and referee which is winning by knockout that his opponent cannot stand.
Laryea has proved not to fear international bouts as he won in the USA and put up an amazing performance against Holy Dorgbetor for the IBF African championship title.
John Laryea is managed by Baby Jet Promotions and Bronx Boxing Promotions spearheaded by Samuel Anim Addo and Coach Carl Lokko.
Yours Truly wishes Laryea all the best and I pray he gets an opportunity to crack at the world title.
