The Senior Athletics Championships 2026 is coming on live and coloured in Accra.
The Opening Ceremony is happening on Monday May 11 as athletes from African countries show up.
The elite athletes have started arriving in Accra and the competition hopes to behave keen and interesting.
All of Ghana’s top athletes have arrived, but the sad news is that Benjamin Azamati a former 100 meters record holder will miss the action due to groin injury.
But expect Rashid Saminu to blast in the sprints.
The day is Monday 11th May 2026 at 5PM.
The venue is the University of Ghana Sports Stadium, Accra
