Indeed Ghana is blessed with great football talents and one of them is Samuel Baabu Aryee who is good with both feet but loves to play at the right back position.
He has speed, stamina and strength, so he can overlap and that gives multiple problems to opponents because he can initiate attack and defend effectively.
His friends call him Arnold in reference to the English Real Madrid defender and he responds to the call because he believes in himself.
Sammy who is 20 years old started hix football journey with Barca kids FC, a juvenile club in Mamprobi, an area in Accra known for producing great footballers for the national teams of Ghana.
Then he moved to Charity FC when he matured and joined Sporting FC before Best IV FC in the learning process to stardom.
He went to Truelife FC and currently settled at Port city FC.
But he is not ending there because he has a bright future ahead and his next target is to move out to a top club in the Ghana Premier League or to Europe to play in the best leagues.
Samuel Aryee believes in himself and dreams of a super star playing in the Champions League, Premiership, Bundesliga or Serie A..
He is passionate about the national team of Ghana, the Black Stars as knows he has a place there in the near future. He tips them to shine in the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup to be hosted by USA, Mexico and Canada.
Aryee is admired due to the seriousness that he attaches to all games he plays.
“It is my job so I have to be serious” he told Yours Truly.
