They will represent Ghana and officiate football matches across international competitions in the year ahead.

Top Ghanaian international referee, Daniel Laryea was among twenty three (23) referees, who has been officially presented with a FIFA badge for the 2026 season following a ceremony held at the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Headquarters in Accra.

Daniel led the list, earning badges as both a Centre Referee and a Video Assistant Referee (VAR). FIFA badges are awarded annually to top-ranked officials following rigorous fitness and performance assessments

The presentation which was done by executive officials of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) confirms their eligibility to represent Ghana at international competitions in the year ahead, highlighting the country’s continued presence on the global refereeing stage.
