The first panel discussed: \u2018Integrating Wellness into Corporate Culture\u2019, and featured industry leaders Salah Kalmoni, Executive Director at Silver Star Tower; Andrea Akl, Deputy General Manager at Qualiplast Ltd and Noalina Kuukua Slippi- Mensah, Head of Human Capital at Investcorp Ghana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-5 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"820\" height=\"615\" data-id=\"28994\" src=\"https:\/\/ultimatesportsghana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/703035506_1604372960631263_8459084137443657177_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-28994\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ultimatesportsghana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/703035506_1604372960631263_8459084137443657177_n.jpg 820w, https:\/\/ultimatesportsghana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/703035506_1604372960631263_8459084137443657177_n-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ultimatesportsghana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/703035506_1604372960631263_8459084137443657177_n-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 820px) 100vw, 820px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The second panel focused on: \u2018Work Life Integration in the Modern Corporate World\u2019, featuring Gideon Ataraire, CEO Impact Life Insurance; Kwasi Tabury, CEO MyHealthCop and Dr Elton Fredrick Afari, CEO Equity Health Insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-6 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"28995\" src=\"https:\/\/ultimatesportsghana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/703708035_1604373053964587_5363160478708968563_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-28995\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, the third panel brought together prominent running clubs to highlight: \u2018Running Clubs, a Clear Pathway to Wellness.\u2019 Gigi Rose Mann from R&amp;amp;R Wellness led the discussion with Ernest Bediako Sampong, Lead Partner at Runner Alliance; Kevin Atikpui, Operations Lead at Accra Active Club and Abdul-Samed Shaibu, a Runfluencer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Guest speaker was Programmes Manager of KGL Foundation, Nii Sarpei Annorbah Ankornu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-7 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"28996\" src=\"https:\/\/ultimatesportsghana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/703546040_1604374920631067_1073684022490794454_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-28996\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants enjoyed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf Expert-led sessions on physical fitness, mental health, nutrition, and stress management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf Interactive workshops on workplace wellness strategies and team-building activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf Networking opportunities for executives, HR managers, and wellness professionals<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event also featured discussions on trending workplace wellness topics, practical tips for implementation, and success stories from companies that have championed employee health initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe believe that healthier employees lead to stronger companies,\u201d adds Race Manager Ernest Boamah. \u201cThis forum is an opportunity for companies to learn, connect, and take tangible steps towards building sustainable wellness programmes.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-8 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"28999\" src=\"https:\/\/ultimatesportsghana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/mm2223-696x464-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-28999\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Physical activity boosts productivity, as highlighted in international research conducted by Harvard Business Review, 2018. It shows that employees who exercise regularly have 21% higher productivity and 27% lower absenteeism. In addition, a 2021 survey conducted by the Ghana Employers Association indicated that 1 in 4 employees reported stress or burnout at work. This in turn affected team collaboration and overall efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-9 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"29006\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Millennium Marathon also launched a new initiative called the \u2018Health &amp;amp; Fitness Index\u2019, an annual publication which will rank corporate organisations by their overall health and wellbeing credentials, as well as assessing the importance they place on workplace wellness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default
