Ghana Boxing Authority (GBA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The information was stated in the press kit delivered to journalists at a press conference held on Tuesday at the Accra Sports Stadium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"590\" height=\"443\" data-id=\"27703\" src=\"https:\/\/ultimatesportsghana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/615462578_1538690483866178_1925320271300485829_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27703\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ultimatesportsghana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/615462578_1538690483866178_1925320271300485829_n.jpg 590w, https:\/\/ultimatesportsghana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/615462578_1538690483866178_1925320271300485829_n-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 590px) 100vw, 590px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The official hand over is slated for June 4, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chairman of the IMC, Mr. Samir Captan said they must comply by a directive from the National Sports Authority (NSA) to ensure full and proper registration on the deliberation on the entity pursuant to LI 2477-2023 whether to register the entity as an &#8220;Association &#8221;
