Ghana’s Michael Decardi Nelson (8-1-1, 6 KOs) has another international opportunity after losing in India as he vies for the vacant World Boxing Council (WBC) International Bantamweight title against David Mwale of Zambia (9-0, 5 KOs) at the Government Complex in Lusaka on 29 May, 2025.

Nelson who trains at the Akotoku Academy is very sure to win in Zambia because it is a great chance for him to make himself and Ghana famous again as a boxer and boxing nation.
His coach Elvis Robertson also believes they can make history for themselves with a good win.
