Ghana’s Universal Boxing Organization (UBO) Africa champion aka The Monster Zile B John replaces countryman, Enoch Tettey Tetteh for the WBO Youth title against Siyabulela Hem on Friday, 11 April, 2025 at Christian Centre Abbotsford in South Africa.
John Zile who is managed by Osibor Management & Promotions trains at the Bronx Boxing Gym, the home of champions.
He says this is a great opportunity and he will make use of it positively with a surprise victory though the invitation came very late, he has been training already that is why he accepted not to let the chance for another Ghanaian champion slip by.
John Zile has a fantastic record of 14 wins, one lose and two draws, while Siyabulela Hem has eight wins, one lose and one draw.
The Monster grew up at Tuobodom, in the Bono East region with a passion for football, having trails at Charity Academy, but fate had different plans for him to become a boxer and a champion.
He loves the life in Bukom, Jamestown, Accra, because it is a hustle for survival and he has established himself as a worthy and respected boxer.
He hopes to become Ghana’s next champion. We wish him all the best.
