Ghanaian-born Emmanuel Adjei prepares to undertake one of the most remarkable solo adventures of our time a cycling journey from Munich, Germany all the way to Accra, Ghana. Under the banner of his charity project, Bike2MyRoots, Emmanuel will be riding not just for personal challenge, but for a greater cause to raise awareness and generate funds for the development of deprived communities through education and empowerment.

Bike2MyRoots is a bold initiative that combines the spirit of adventure with a deep commitment to social change. Scheduled to begin in May,2025, this epic journey will see Emmanuel cycling through 15 countries, covering close to 10,000 kilometers of tough, rugged, and remote terrain. Over the course of 150 days, he will cross borders, face physical and mental challenges, and connect with diverse cultures all while keeping his eyes on the goal of building a brighter future for underprivileged children back home in Ghana.
The purpose behind this monumental undertaking is to support EduSpot, a local Ghanaian non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to creating access to quality education in underserved communities. EduSpot focuses on building libraries and other educational structures in deprived areas, ensuring that children who have been left behind by the system are given equal opportunities to learn, grow, and dream beyond their limitations.

The ride also carries symbolic weigh, a Ghanaian returning home on two wheels, fueled by the dream of empowering others. Emmanuel is appealing to fellow Ghanaians, the global diaspora, to join him on this journey by offering their support through funds to contribute to the cause.
With every kilometer pedaled, Emmanuel hopes to inspire others to take action and invest in the next generation of thinkers, leaders, and change-makers. The La born Munich based gentleman is hoping to reach Accra on the 6th September 2025 at the Independence square.
