Miss Wendy Naa Deide Sampah, a photo journalist, sports producer and teacher has congratulated Mr. Yaw Ampofo Ankrah on his new role as Director General of the National Sports Authority.
She said it is a very good move to reset Ghana because the new appointee has massive experience in sports administration, management, marketing and media.
She noted that Mr. Yaw Ampofo Ankrah will certainly perform better than the people he is taking over from and pray that he will excel with Ghana Sports.
She prayed that he will help disabled sportsmen and women as well as the Wendy Foundation.
Yaw Ampofo Ankrah has worked with different media houses in Ghana and formed the Ghana Beach Soccer Association.
He was Communications Director of the Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC) and established the Books and Boots initiative of combining sports and education for kids and the youth..
