Roger Adamah of Genser Energy is pulling for massive support for involvement of kids into golf.
He has called on parents and guardians to introduce the wards into the game of golf.
He was of the opinion that the kids can become the future stars as it is better to prepare and groom them to become international champions.
Meanwhile the chairman of the organizing committee of the 11th Genser PGA Championship, Hans De Beer has grasped the proposal and supports the idea to build for the future through the kids.
He observed that women professionals have increased in the country now they have to face challenge from other African country.
Roger Adamah is a member of the planning committee of the 11th Genser PGA Championship and a golf advocate. The former project manager at Goldfields is current captain of Tarkwa Golf Club and now works with Genser.
Hans De Beer is a keen golf enthusiast works with Genser. He was former VP for Projects and Engineering at Goldfields. He is the President for Tarkwa and Damang Golf Clubs.
Lucky Annan Ayisah of the Achimota Golf Club played to a score of 277 points over the four days of high level golf at the Celebrity Golf Club at Sakumono to win the ultimate prize.
Beaming with smiles and ecstatic feelings after the tournament he thanked God for everything and attributed his success to his determination and desire to win. He said hard work pays and will continue to work hard to defend the blue jacket.
He went home with the prestigious trophy, cash of 65,000ghc and a hamper.
Annan Ayisah commended the planning committee of the Genser PGA, and hoped for more victories in the future.
