The ‘Game of Legends’ event comes up at the Korean Sports Complex at Tema Community 3 on Saturday. November 9, 2024 from 8am with special Taekwondo competitions in Poomsea, weapons handling and other exciting competitions.
The contestants would be grouped in age categories from 7 to 12 years.
According to chief organiser Sensei Max Lee of Maxi Lane Taekwondo Academy, the ‘Game of Legends’ is a whole Taekwondo show to inform and educate people about the sport and culture of Taekwondo.
He informed some of the events as sparring, Taekwondo aerobics, archery, quiz, ladder & cone, refereeing and commentary.
He urged companies to support Taekwondo because it is a very good sport that makes participants very disciplined apart from Self Defence and Physical Fitness..
He also tasked the media to promote Taekwondo because some Ghana people want to know and hear and see news about Taekwondo.
The event is under the patronages of the Ghana Taekwondo Federation.
