Ms. Wendy Naa Deidei Sampah, CEO of the WENDY Foundation, a benevolent group in Accra has presented hot meals as breakfast to the Ayawaso CP football team.
The manager of the team, Mr Emmanuel Akpabli thanked the CEO of WENDY Foundation for the show love towards the team and wished them God’s blessings
The team captain also showed appresciation and thanked the Foundation for bringing smiles to their faces.
According to Ms Sampah she feels elated for seeing some people happy and hope to continue with the good work to rech other deprived people.
“Indeed the Motto of the Foundation which is ‘SMILE AGAIN’ has been achieved, we are very glad and we will continue” she stressed.
She commended and gave much credit to people who have supported her programmes like Henry Tetteh Djangmah, Kweku Kyei Boadu, Susana Boateng, Benjamin Djangmah, Victor Schroeder, Hilda Afi Vittor, Victoria Chayil Amoah and James Amoah.
Ms Sampah who is a teacher and sports producer at HSTV said the disabled in the society should be cherished and taken good care of as it happens in the advanced countries, because they are special.
“I love sports, and my area is the disability sports that have been left on their own. I pray that the government gives them special attention” she added.
She congratulated the Black Challenge who represented Ghana and won the 2024 African Amputee trophy.
