… prays for Black Stars to qualify for 2026 FIFA World Cup
Rashida Iddi, a staunch supporter of glorious Accra Hearts of Oak has called on the leaders in the Chapters, supporters, fans and players to wake up from their slumber and be serious with the local football competition.
The Deputy National Woman Organizer for the Ghana Sports Supporters and Organizer for Hearts Ladies said the Phobians have not done well this season despite all the huge investments.
She noted that the game of football has become more lucrative, so her favourite club must not be among relegation zone teams.
The sports lover told Yours Truly in an exclusive interview that she joined the Ghana Supporters 16 years ago and has got the opportunity to travel to cheer the national teams.
“Because of my good works, I was recognized by the Supreme Committee for the FIFA 2022 World Cup in Qatar and they gave me an award, I was the only Ghanaian who got an award during the World Cup in Qatar, I am a strong woman in sports and will still continue to raise the Ghana flag higher and higher” she expressed.
Rashida is hopeful that Ghana will qualify to the next FIFA World Cup to be hosted by the USA, Mexico and Canada.
She urged the Black Star players to die a bit for the country as their performance at the last AFCON in Abidjan was not good at all.
