Ghana’s lone ranger at the 2024 Olympic Games Qualifiers in Italy, Theophilus Kpakpo Allotey aka Theo Lopez failed to realise his dream as he lost to his Korean opponent Inkyu Kim on a 2-3 split decision
He thus failed a quarterfinals place, hence out of the competition at the ongoing WQT Boxing Road to @Paris2024 in Busto Arsizio, Italy.
According to the Ghana Boxing Federation President, Mr. Ben Quartey, the tournament was very tough as the Asian countries presented very tough boxers.
