The President of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), Mr. Witold Bańka together with the Director of Africa for WADA, Mr. Rodney Swigelaar are on a three day official visit to Ghana from Wednesday 29th March to Friday 31st March, 2023.
Upon their arrival, the team paid a courtesy call on the Minister for youth and sports, Hon Mustapha Ussif to discuss Ghana’s preparations and WADA’s role in the organisation of the 13th African Games and also the possibility of opening an Agency office in Ghana to step up the implementation of anti- doping in Ghana and beyond.
Mr. Witold Bańka said Ghana’s name is now big in world sports and urged everyone to support anti doping.
