As part of activities to mark this year’s Breast Care Awareness Month”, the International Central Gospel Church -ICGC has liased with the Ghana Cycling Federation to mark the programme.
The partnership, which marks the maiden edition of this initiative seeks to use Cycling as part of activities to create the awareness of Breast cancer amongst women with the month of October being a “Breast care Awareness Month”.
The top echelon of the notable church has tasked the Federation to share with its female members the benefits of Cycling,what it entails and how to use the sport as a regular exercise.
The church,which is indisputably one of the greatest outfits in the country, is seeking to use this month’s awareness theme to address its women population on the positives of Health and fitness consciousness in our daily lives.
The Federation will be having a training session on two consecutive Sundays -16th and 23rd of this month at the ICGC, Christ Temple,Teshie Branch ahead of the main event on the 29th of October,2022.
CEO of this initiative and wife of leading Founder of the ICGC church worldwide, Rev.Joy Otabil Mrs) is elated at this teething merger ,and is highly optimistic on the objectives set for this particular Programme.
The ICGC church has set a standard in the sporting terrain with a lot of Health Walks, and other sporting engagements for its members.
