Trey Mamboora,the 15 year old boy,who represented Ghana in the world unicycling championship 2022 in France has finally returned home.Trey won two medals for Ghana in the said competition.
He is thus the first to win medals for Ghana in this competition.He is also the first to introduce this sport to Ghanaians.He and his parents are residents of Nalerigu in the North East region.They have acculturated the culture of the Mamprugu Kingdom well and are proud to be Ghanaians.
It’s not always the case of blacks switching nationalities to represent European nations in sports.
Trey Mamboora and his parents were given a rousing welcome by the chiefs and people of the Mamprugu Kingdom on their arrival .
Let’s show this boy and his parents some love and appreciation for ditching their prestigious country,USA ,and representing Ghana in an international sporting competition.
