Ghana medal hope was dashed on Tuesday at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, UK as 2018 sole bronze medalist, Jessie Lartey lost 0-5 unanimous decision to Mohammed Harris Akbar of England in light middleweight round of 16.
Jessie who has promised to win a silver or gold could not change the colour of his medal as he promised.
He was the only medalist for Ghana at the 208 Commonwealth Games in Australia.
