Ghana’s Benjamin Azamati qualified for the semi-final of the men’s 100 metres race at the ongoing 2022 Commonwealth Games after leading heat 7.
Azamati finished first in the heats with a time of 10.19 sub-seconds to advance to the semis in the Men’s 100m dash.

Meanwhile, sprinter, Sean Safo-Antwi has advanced to the semi-finals of the men’s 100m race.
Sean Safo-Antwi ended the Heats with one of the best times among the non-automatic qualifiers.
