It is with complete shock and disbelief that we received the news of the sudden demise of the 1st Vice President, Mr Paul Atchoe which occurred on Wednesday 20thJuly, 2022 at the Police Hospital in Accra.
On behalf of the GOC family and CGF Secretariat I wish to offer our most profound condolences to the family and friends on the passing on of Mr Paul Atchoe.
Indeed, the late Paul Atchoe played a pivotal role in deepening democracy and good governance at the GOC/CGF.
He was the President of Ghana Volleyball Federation and contributed immensely to the development and promotion of Volleyball beyond home in the west African sub region and Africa in general.
He was a man of vision and courage who dedicated himself to building bridges for the betterment of our organisation.
In this and so many other ways he touched the lives of all of us.
The entire Membership of GOC/ CGF share with the bereaved family the feelings of great loss and grief at this moment of deep sorrow.
MAY THE ALMIGHTY GOD REST HIS SOUL IN ETERNAL PEACE
