Current WBO Africa Featherweight strap holder John Abaja Laryea has made obvious his intentions come fight night as he returns to action against a formidable Solomon Martey (13-1-1) on March 14 at the Bukom Boxing Arena.
Laryea ( 10-0-1) who is managed by Samuel Anim Addo of the Baby Jet Foundation hinted on making a mark on the world stage this year. He’s therefore leaving no stone unturned in preparation for his impending bout.
” I’m very focused and not cutting corners, all the hard work would show in the ring,” he stressed.
“Expensive Boxer” as his fans call him went through some hot sparring sessions under the eagle eyes of acclaimed trainer Lawrence Carl Lokko at the Bronx Gym in Accra. Coach Carl Lokko on his part was very optimistic of victory and even bigger things on the horizon.
