AFRICA ROAD CHAMPIONSHIPS: UGANDA SHAKES AFRICA WITH INDIVIDUAL TIME TRIAL WIN
Uganda’s Charles Kagimu elevated his status in African Cycling by eclipsing top notch Rwanda and Eritrea to second and third positions respectively.
The shy looking Ugandan graced off his mark in a time of 46 mins 25 seconds in a distance of 36km over 3 laps to win Gold.
Rwandan wheeler, Mugisha Moise impressed with a time of 47,05 to pick Silver with Eritrean poster boy Mulueberhan Henok sinking in third place to win Bronze.
Ghana’s Lawrence Adjei was super impressive with a 19th placement on the log sheet. The Team Epic lad is gradually cementing his superiority in Ghana Cycling.
Day 2 of the 19th CAC Africa Road Championships is getting entertaining into its third day with all countries putting up their very best.
