The hierarchy of the Ghana Flying Disc Association -GFDA , has donated an undisclosed amount of money to the Ghana Cycling Federation ahead of their crucial engagement in hosting this year’s event in less than 7 days to go.
The delegation comprised the President, Mr. Desmond Mantey, Vice President, Peter Asiedu, and Greater Accra Region chairman Abraham.
The teething Federation quickly responded to the call by the Cycling outfit’s call for support ahead of the African event next week.
On receiving the donation, secretary General of the Ghana Cycling Federation Shaaban Mohammed was very appreciative to the Flying Disc Association and thanked them for the gesture shown.
Mr. Desmond Mantey President of Ghana Flying Disc Association believes both Federations can collaborate in future programmes.
The Ghana Flying Disc Association -GFDA is a novel Association recently immersed into the fold of the Least Finance sports arena and has already hit the sporting market with numerous programmes.
The Ablekuma Ollebu stretch will be the most busiest place from the 8-17th February,2023 as Ghana is seeking to accommodate over 20 African countries participating in the event.
