CK Akunnor and his Ghanaian assistant Bismark Kobi-Mensah were heroes at Gor Mahia as they lifted the 2026 Kenyan Premier League trophy after guiding the team to glory alongside an able Ghanaian backroom staff and 4 outfield players in the team; assistant coach, goal keepers coach and video analyst also an assistant trainer.

In his first season in Kenya, Coach CK, a very skillful star in his playing days, has written his name in the football history books. Congratulations to the Ghanaian contingent.

Ghanaian star, Enoch Morrison emerged the MVP of the Kenyan League.
Discovered in the Ghana Premier League with King Faisal in 2021, the midfield gem has developed into a shining star.
His impressive performances earned him a move to Asante Kotoko ahead of the 2022/23 season, where he spent two campaigns before parting ways with the club after the 2023/24 season.
The midfielder then took a bold step, joining Gor Mahia in Kenya. Fast forward to the 2025/26 season, and Morrison has played a key role in leading Gor Mahia to the league title, while also winning the Most Valuable Player and Midfielder of the Season awards.
His story is about Progress. Consistency and Impact.
