Stanley ‘Ashanti Warrior’ Nyantekyi And John ‘Monster’ Zile Win UBO Title Belts In Kumasi

Stanley Nyantekyi (Ashanti Warrior) Won His Third Title, UBO Africa Featherweight Continental Belt

John Zile also grabs UBO Intercontinental belt

Stanley Nyantakyi, affectionately called the Ashanti Warrior made light work of Isaac ‘Messiah’ Nettey, dropping him in rounds one and two before finishing him in the third to add the UBO Africa featherweight title to his collection on Friday night at the SG-Mall Kumasi in the Ashanti region.

John Zile also known as ‘The Monster’ won the UBO Intercontinental Super Bantamweight after his opponent, Emmanuel ‘Akufo-Addo’ Quartey failed to answer the bell for round three in an event which attracted other boxers.

Boxing Emperor, Daniel Gorsh won over Odarlia Lamptey in a thrilling bout dropping him with powerful left jabs to remain undefeated.

Budding Emmanuel ‘Cornerstone’ Quartey crushed Emmanuel Odoi through a TKO stoppage in round two of their Super Lightweight clash.

Jacob Dickson also knocked out David Okai in round 2. The former Ghana cruiserweight champion punished and knocked David Okai in two rounds to maintain his winning streak.

John Mbanugu aka Jon Power battled George Akoto to a split draw, 78-76, 76-78, 77-77,  while Army officer Thomas Laryea also defeated Kwesi Tutu in a super middleweight fray.

Daniel Lartey stopped Kofi Raymond Ansah in round two of their Super Welterweight contest.

Okasha Tamimu lost to Samuel Adjei aka Landguard to win his debut Light Heavyweight bout.

Matchmaker Mubarak Yusif Nanor was thankful to the fans and Osibor for another successful event in the Garden City.
