The winner of the FC Cup will pocket an amount of GHC800k plus additional GHC800k to aim the teams’ preparation for the Confederations Cup next season
Chairman OF the Ghana FA Cup committee Wilson Arthur said the final between Bofoakwa Tano and Nsoatreman FC will be special.
The much-anticipated final has been scheduled to take place at the University of Ghana Stadium, Legon on Sunday, June 23, 2024.
The winner of the Cup competitions will represent Ghana in the CAF Confederations Cup competitions next season.
Speaking ahead of the final, Wilson Arthur expressed that the Bono derby final will be a special one and has therefore urged Ghanaians to troop to the stadium.
“The final between Bofoakwa Tano and Nsoatreman FC will be very special. We’ve already met the Vice Chancellor of the University of Ghana and the leadership in the school to create the awareness. They are very excited about it and that tells you how important the final is. It will be a very special event on Sunday” he said.
